I just got back last night after 15 days in Costa Rica. I had the facelift, neck, and Direct Approach eyebrow lift. Dr Lev is a magician, and what a gentleman. While we were there my wife got Botox injections. The procedures cost us about one fourth of the cost in California. I went along with your suggestion and stayed at Casa Mercedes with Mercedes Castro as our hostess. 'Mercy" was truly a godsend. Her facility was very inviting and cozy. The care and attention was beyond reproach. Mercy was always involved and helped us with our care, arranged appointments and transportation, fed us sumptuous yet healthy foods with fresh ingredients, and even helped provide entertainment and field trips. She even provided arrangements for my wife, Alicia, to stay with me. The area is safe and the Costa Rican people were very friendly. I made friends with the other patients staying at Mercy's and we all plan to stay in touch.

You gave us everything you promised and more. I have many photos and would be happy to speak with any prospective patients about my experience and answer questions. It was a life changing experience and one that we will NEVER forget.
